On The Beginner's Guide to Healthy Breathing, qigong expert Ken Cohen teaches you how to instantly breathe energy and healing qi (life force) into your body every minute of the day. Now, with each breath you take, you can create a state of blissful calm, stimulate your vital organs, and energize every cell in your body, whenever or wherever you need to. The air we breathe costs nothing. Yet it holds the priceless gift of better health, a gift that you will discover immediately, with The Beginner's Guide to Healthy Breathing.
