She is the New York Times bestselling author of The Joy Diet (Crown, 2003), Finding Your Own North Star (Three Rivers Press, 2001), and Expecting Adam: A True Story of Birth, Rebirth, and Everyday Magic (Berkley Publishing Group, 2000). Martha has coached hundreds of individuals over the past fifteen years, and recently, NPR called her the best-known life coach in America.
