Inspirational Journeys - Volume 1 is the first in what will become a series of guided meditation CDs to be released by Aquavision Music. Released as a double CD, but selling for around the same price as a normal single CD this release offers great value for money. CD1 contains the 2 meditations (each lasting about 31 minutes) and CD2 features the instrumental music used on the meditations. The running time for the CDs is just under 63 minutes each. The inclusion of CD2 makes 'Inspirational Journeys' ideal for therapists looking for music to use as an accompaniment to a treatment. This being a music only CD can also be used to explore the guided meditations at a much deeper level as well as allowing the listener to go off on their own meditations. CD2 is also particularly good for spas and salons. This first release features 2 meditations; 'The Water Meditation' and 'The Earth Meditation'. The first will take the listener on a journey about love and strength and will guide them on how to face things head on. The second will take the listener to a sacred place hidden within the branches of a large willow tree where they can receive messages and guidance. The background music to the meditations has been composed by spiritual composer Stephen Page ('Dolphin Ascension' & 'Spiritual Oasis') and provides the perfect mood and backdrop for these meditations.
