This is the third in the series of the successful Inspirational Journeys Guided Meditation series. As with previous volumes this has been released as a double CD. The first CD contains two Angel meditations lasting about 30 minutes and the 2nd CD features just the music from the meditations.
The meditations were written by Angel expert Berverley Lewis. The first of which will take the listener on a journey to meet and name their very own Guardian Angel and the second meditation is a healing journey with the Angels.
The music accompanying the meditations has been written by acclaimed musician Stephen Page and the meditations are narrated by Rachel Bowles.
