Biography:
Daniel J. Siegel, M.D. currently serves as the director of the Mindsight Institute (MindsightInstitute.com), and co-director of the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center. A graduate of Harvard Medical School, Dr. Siegel is the author of The Mindful Brain and Parenting from the Inside Out. His internationally acclaimed bestselling text, The Developing Mind, has been utilized by a number of organizations including the U.S. Department of Justice, the Vatican, the Council on Technology and the Individual, and the Sundance Institute.
