Reviews:

'His attraction to the spirit dimension and his love of all things from the nature world allow him to traverse diverse musical landscapes with tranquility and deep passion.' - Kitaro

'...this team orchestrates ceremonial moods, ethereal atmospheres and lyrically serene evocations. LaRosa and Youngblood interweave North and South American winds like smoke...' - Billboard Magazine

Description:

In the beginning the Eagle and the Condor shared the sky. They lived together in harmony, and the strength of these two birds unified the people of North and South America. But strange outside forces made the birds enemies, separating them. The First Nation that once lived in peace and celebration became distrustful and divided into many different nations. They no longer spoke with the spirits of nature or listened to the music of the earth. The prophecy says the Eagle and the Condor will one day fly together again and the people will converse with the mountains and play the music of mother earth together.

Representing North American Native cultures are INDIE & NAMMY Award Winning artist Mary Youngblood (Aleut & Seminole) on Flute and Shkeme Garcia (Santa Ana Pueblo, NM) from the band 'Native Roots' on Vocals. These three artists along with Grammy® Nominated & INDIE Winning producer Tom Wasinger combine wind instruments, percussion and chant to create an emotional and joyful telling of this ancient prophecy of Unity.
