Description:
There are no silent gaps between the tracks. The break between each of the tracks is filled with the soft sound of the sea ebbing and flowing softly. The album remains at a fairly constant level throughout ensuring no peaks and troughs. This makes the album ideal for therapists, as well as the fact that the album is just over an hour long. The album is also perfect for simply relaxing to or as a meditational aid. Tingshaws (Tibetan Chimes) are introduced about 6 minutes before the end of the album which provides a subtle audio signal to the therapist that the album is drawing to a close. Also, because therapists can often find themselves in a trance state while giving a therapy treatment, the Chimes provide a subtle means of drawing the therapist out of their trance while not interfering with the relaxed state of the client.
