Crafted from over 10 years of study, practice & teaching whilst being tested over a wide audience of enthusiasts throughout every stage of production this is a CD dedicated to the art of Reiki. The inspiration, spirit and musical influences of Japan blend with a uniquely composed series of tracks, each one devoted to the empowerment of the listener during their own practice or therapy. The spirit of reiki comes alive in this album with over 60 minutes of stirring instrumental music expressing concepts such as attunements, the individual reiki symbols and the acts of self and shared healing. Also included are 2 vocal tracks complete with sleeve notes of the Reiki principals spoken in Japanese and the correct pronunciation of the 4 Reiki symbols never before put together on a CD. This album was made to be of use during study, practice and teaching, as such, each track is mastered to give an unbroken flow of music regardless of what order you play or program the tracks. Each piece of music is appox 6 mins long with an identifiable but non intrusive melody which signals the change of hand positions for the less experienced. - This is what the Reiki community has been waiting for, a serious CD for those serious about Reiki.
Biography:
Paul's music has a very unique and contemporary style of its own. It is inventive, mysterious and draws you into a world of his choosing. It is like he uses a big canvas to paint vast landscapes of detail and texture in a way that reminds you of the greats like Vangelis and Jarré. His music has been in great demand since composing his first television score in 1998 for the BBC series Ancient Voices. Other commissions include the major BBC series Apeman-Adventures in Human Evolution, and Ancient Apocalypse. Paul has also recently composed the music for two major Drama series for Russian Television. Cobra and Ice Age.
