Resound Unto Infinity With Gurutrang!
EVERY word spoken by a man is called 'mantra'. Mantra means mental vibration. Ta-ra means trang. Trang means resound. Whatever resounds unto Infinity is called trang. -Yogi Bhajan, September 6, 1989
Yoga Morning's magnificent mantras were recommended by Yogi Bhajan for daily practice and deep stress reduction during the challenging 21-year cusp of the Aquarian Age, June 21st 1992 through 2014. Recognized, perfected masters in a state of divine union originally spoke these tried-and-true sounds. Through recitation or simply listening anytime of day, the practitioner replicates those masters' dynamic stream of consciousness. Resounding unto Infinity is a self-healing yogic science and exercise. Chanting causes the tongue and air currents to stimulate 84 acupuncture meridian points located on the upper palate and initiates an algorithm or computational sequence. Perfecting this exercise directly facilitates attunement of the central nervous and glandular systems, bringing all human virtues, including but not limited to equilibrium, focus, prosperity, happiness, creativity and contentment. ENJOY!!! - Dr. Gurutrang Singh Khalsa.
Gurutrang means Master of Good Vibrations and in 1975, Yogi Bhajan told Gurutrang Singh, You will become a renowned musician. However, because he never personally recorded any of his music until 1999, very few people in 3HO actually knew how prolific he really was. But it was he who in fact wrote the 3HO standards like Sat Nam The Grace Within You and Oh Guru Ram Das Thank You For This Beautiful Day first recorded by The Khalsa String Band in 1973. He went on to write the very funny Yogi Tea Song which has been featured in Putumayo World Music radio commercials nationwide. He also became notoriously legendary at Winter Solstice Celebrations in Orlando, Florida for his witty sadhana wake up ditty, Get Out of Bed You Little Sleepy Head. All four of these songs were featured tracks on the CD One In The Spirit - 30 Years of 3HO Music released by the Healthy, Happy, Holy Organization in 1999.
Gurutrang Singh has created and played many unique musical renditions of Yogi Bhajan's recommended morning meditation chants live for sadhana at his 3HO home ashram in Herndon, Virginia for years.
Gurutrang Singh Khalsa who is a Doctor of Chiropractic and Acupuncture, maintaining a busy practice in Herndon, Virginia and living happily in the ashram with his French, flower-designing, yoga-teaching wife Gurumata Kaur Khalsa and his vastly talented, entertaining and engaging young son, Shabd Singh Khalsa.
