Gail Seymour Productions, Inc

Gail Seymour is the Communications Vice-President of the Association for Holistic Health. Founded in 1976, AHH has been recognized as a leading force in the wellness movement. Gail earned an MS in business from Cal State and has served as the Executive Director of the Health Optimizing Institute, a 25-year old holistic health nonprofit headquartered in San Diego, CA. She was affiliated with HOI NorCal for ten years and is the co-founder of IDEAS: Intuition Development Executive Achievement Seminars. "Just Relax..." version one was produced to relieve stress, enabling the listener to tap into the creative / intuitive mind. Gail has been called a pioneer in the field of intuition and creativity in the workplace, going back to 1982. A seasoned public speaker and credentialed college instructor (business communications), Gail has lectured at numerous business trade association meetings and health conferences, and has appeared on dozens of shows across the US. She recently co-hosted a nightly TV show, "New Age Wellness," in south Florida.
