Finding what you want:

Product Pages: The labels we carry are divided across three pages, each accessible from the Menu on the left of each page.

Due to the large number of products available from some of our labels, product listings are often split across multiple pages. Links to each page of a label's products can be found below the table on each page.

The product tables for each label by default are sorted alphabetically by title, however they can be sorted by Artist, Musical Style, Catalogue Number or Price by clicking the appropriate column heading. The order can also be reversed by clicking the column heading a second time.

Searching: You can also search for a specific product using the search box at in the top right corner of every page or using clicking Search on the left-hand Menu.

Simply enter the Artist, Title or Catalogue Number of the product you are looking for. You can also enter part of the Artist, Title or Catalogue Number if you so require. As with the product pages, you can sort your search results by clicking the appropriate column heading.

Ordering:

Cookies: We set a cookie on your computer to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket, therefore cookies must be enabled in your browser to allow you to add items to your basket succesfully.

Adding Items to Your Basket: You can add items to your shopping basket either directly from each label's page, or via the button at the bottom of each product's page.

Your Basket: When you add an item to your basket you will be shown its current contents and will be given the opportunity to change the quantities of each item or remove items you no longer require.

On this page if necessary you can also change the location used to calculate postage costs. In the UK postage and packing is charged at 50 pence per item up to a maximum of £1.50. Postage to other countries is calculated according to the airmail small packet rate appropriate to the total weight of your order.

Checkout: As you pass though the checkout you should ensure your browser is displaying the padlock symbol, which indicates a secure connection between your browser and our server. Information entered on these pages is sent over this encrypted connection to our server ensuring that your personal and card details are not intercepted.

Stage 1 of the checkout is where you enter your name, address and contact details. All fields are mandatory except for lines two and three of the address. You must supply a valid email address as this is where confirmation details of your order will be sent.

Stage 2 is where you enter your payment details. Please take care to enter your card details correctly.

Stage 3 is where you can review your order and payment details to ensure they are correct before placing your order.

Once you place your order your details are immediately encrypted and only decrypted at our premises when your order is processed. An automated confirmation email will be sent to the email address you give when ordering. Once your order is placed, your basket will be emptied and you will be returned to our homepage.
