Terms of Sale:

Delivery: Titles in stock are usually dispatched same or next working day. An order placed for an item not in stock will offer you the opportunity to seek information by e-mail on the predicted availability date. It is not normally possible for you to be charged for any item that is not in stock. If for any reason you are charged for an out of stock item the amount paid will be refunded the same or next working day. The contract under English Law is formed when the goods are dispatched by the Company.

Back Orders: Back orders are not permitted.

Credit Card Security: Our online ordering system uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to ensue the security of your personal data. When going through the checkout your browser should display a padlock symbol indicating a secure connection is established between your browser and our server.

Guarantee: Products found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect will be replaced free of charge for a period of up to 30 days from the date of purchase provided that they are returned in original product packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Remittance Terms: Unless you hold an authorised credit account with DiscorD Distribution no goods will be shipped until payment in full has been received. Risk in goods passes to you upon dispatch but title to goods passes only on payment for those goods in full.
