Hearts of Space Records was launched in 1984 following the success of Music from the Hearts of Space, the original and still the most popular and widely broadcast radio program featuring new age / spacemusic. From the beginning, the aim of Hearts of Space has been to create a quality-oriented label which, while still remaining loyal to its New Age roots, produces contemporary spacemusic and additionally offers a wide variety of World, Ambient, Folk, and Celtic Music.
